The Middlesbrough star is already endearing himself to the Boro faithful this season.
Boro have been one of the more active clubs in the summer transfer market so far.
With the addition of Tommy Conway on Friday, Middlesbrough have spent £15.08m on players this summer.
In comparison, only Leeds United and Burnely have paid out more for new additions in the current window.
Middlesbrough began their summer business by bringing Luke Ayling back to the Riverside, this time on a free transfer.
Michael Carrick then welcomed Delano Burgzorg to the club from Mainz 05 before Aidan Morris joined for £3.18m from Columbus Crew.
After Morris, Boro’s transfer business slowed down somewhat but has picked up in the last week or so.
Middlesbrough beat Swansea City 1-0 on the opening weekend, with Micah Hamilton singing 24 hours prior to that game.
The aforementioned Conway also joined the day before the Teessiders were beaten 1-0 by Derby County on August 17th.

Middlesbrough star given new chant by fans
All five of Boro’s first-team summer additions so far have now made their competitive debuts for the club.
Despite only signing on August 17th, Conway made his Middlesbrough debut versus Derby, coming on for the final 12 minutes of normal time.
Hamilton also came off the bench as the North East outfit searched for an equaliser while Ayling, Burgzorg and Morris were all afforded starts.
Burgzorg has shone in his limited appearances so far but it is Morris whom the Boro fans have become particularly enamored with this month.
Their love for the American has been highlighted by the fact he already has a new chant at Middlesbrough.
To the tune of Estelle’s 2008 hit American Boy, Boro fans could be heard signing the following at Pride Park over the weekend:
“Take me on a trip I wanna see Teesside, Take me from Columbus to the Riverside, He’ll tackle and score and tackle some more, Morris our American Boy, American Boy.”

Aidan Morris can become a Middlesbrough legend
Becoming a Middlesbrough legend is not the easiest task in the world, fans are often fickle, especially if their side suffers a shock defeat like the one we saw at the weekend.
However, Morris has already shown in his limited outings that he has the potential to be a top player for the club.
With Jonny Howson injured, the midfielder was thrown straight in at the deep end against Swansea but, barring one mistake in the first half, played very well.
The 22-year-old was excellent in the League Cup as well, with one EFL pundit dubbing Morris an ‘incredible find’ for Middlesbrough.
Given he had zero experience in England before leaving the MLS earlier this summer, the USA international has done incredibly well to settle so quickly at the Riverside.
Morris works hard on and off the ball, with his work rate and willingness to press the opposition already widely appreciated by the Boro fans.
The technical side of his game should not go under the radar either, with Morris looking to possess all the qualities needed to replace the 36-year-old Howson at the end of this season.
